Insurance, tracing, replacement and loss adjustment services for airlines' luggage.

Important Information. Please read carefully:

Before making contact with Luggage Loss Adjusters who represent the airline you have recently traveled with please read the following notes. If you ensure that the information requested in the notes is supplied in full, it will help to speed up the process of arriving at a settlement of your claim.

When completing & returning your Claim Form please ensure, where at all possible, that you enclose the following:

  • A letter briefly outlining the details of the claim. Please include Flight Number, Flight Date, Airport traveling from and to, your address and contact details.
  • Proof of travel - bag tags, tickets, e.ticket.
  • PIR - Property Irregularity Report. As issued at the airport where the claim originated and which records that the damage/loss/delay occurred during the "carriage by air."
Please note that a PIR is not an acceptance by the airline of liability to any future claim.
  • Receipts for all items claimed. Where a receipt is not available a bank statement to support your claim will assist the airline to review your claim.

As this is an insurance claim we ask that all enquiries and claims are made in writing. This ensures that all information is clearly documented and avoids both mis-understanding and mis-interpretation.

All the above should be sent to:
